Moringa Olelifera(DRUM STICK) It's Homeopathic Uses

Moringa oleifera belonging to the family of Moringaceae is an effective remedy for malnutrition. Moringa is rich in nutrition owing to the presence of a variety of essential phytochemicals present in its leaves, pods and seeds. In fact, moringa is said to provide 7 times more vitamin C than oranges, 10 times more vitamin A than carrots, 17 times more calcium than milk, 9 times more protein than yoghurt, 15 times more potassium than bananas and 25 times more iron than spinach . The fact that moringa is easily cultivable makes it a sustainable remedy for malnutrition. Countries like Senegal and Benin treat children with moringa . Children deprived of breast milk tend to show symptoms of malnutrition. Lactogogues are generally prescribed to lactating mothers to augment milk production. The lactogogue, made of phytosterols, acts as a precursor for hormones required for reproductive growth. Moringa is rich in phytosterols like stigmasterol, sitosterol and kampesterol which are precursors for hormones. These compounds increase the estrogen production, which in turn stimulates the proliferation of the mammary gland ducts to produce milk. It is used to treat malnutrition in children younger than 3 years . About 6 spoonfuls of leaf powder can meet a woman's daily iron and calcium requirements, during pregnancy. This study provides an overview on the cultivation, nutritional values, medicinal properties for commercial use and pharmacological properties of moringa. There are no elaborate reports on treatment of diabetes and cancer using moringa. This study aims to bridge the gap.

Moringa Olelifera(DRUM STICK): It's Homeopathic Uses.

A brief description of Moringa Olelifera and its uses are as follows:
Family Name: MORINGACEAE Botanical Name: MORINGA OLEIFERA
Common Name: Moringa, Horse radish tree, Drumstick tree, Sahijan
Parts Used: Roots, seeds, leaves
Moringa oleifera is an extensively available Indian herb, with each part of the tree having amazing therapeutic properties including mainly leaves, root barks, roots etc. The Moringa tree grows in several sub-desert and tropical areas around the world. It has been used by natives for thousands of years to treat water, help prevent malnutrition, and aid in fighting a number of ailments and diseases. Unfortunately, up until the last couple years, the Moringa tree, with its amazing health properties, has been unknown to most of the world. Scientific research has found that Moringa Oleifera is packed with vitamins, minerals and essential proteins. In fact, the leaves of this humble tree offer a powerhouse of nutritional value.

Uses: The roots are acrid, digestive, anthelmentic, anodyne. They are useful in paralysis, inflammations, fevers, cough, cold, bronchitis, pectoral diseases, epilepsy, hysteria.
Leaves: The juice of the leaves of Moringa oleifera is given as an emetic. In the Indian indigenous system of medicine, the leaves of Moringa oleifera are described to remove all kinds of excessive pain, useful in eye diseases, cure hallucinations, also useful in scurvy.
The seeds are acrid, bitter, anti-inflammatory, purgative, and are useful in neuralgia, inflammations and intermittent fevers.
Root-bark yields two alkaloids: moringine and moringinine. Moringine which is identical with benzylamine and Moringinine belonging to the sympathomimetic group of bases acts as cardiac stimulant, produces rise of blood-pressure, acts on sympathetic nerve-endings as well as smooth muscles all over the body, and depresses the sympathetic motor fibers of vessels in large doses only.
A decoction of the root-bark of Moringa oleifera is used as fomentation to relieve spasm. The root and bark are abortifacient.
The bark and the roots of Moringa oleifera are considered rubefacient and they are used as vesicants. The ground roots are mixed with salt and applied as a poultice to tumors.
The expressed juice of the fresh roots, bark, and leaves of Moringa oleifera is poured in the nostrils in stupor and coma, the bark and the leaves ground together are applied on head for neuralgia.

Homeopathy for Blood In Semen (Hematospermia)

Homeopathy for Blood In Semen (Hematospermia)

Recent few month i had seen many many people who visited to clinic for observing Blood in semen ,thats really give lot of pressure and mental shock.Blood in the semen (hematospermia) usually does not last long, as it is usually a self-resolving problem.Blood in semen can be caused by many conditions affecting the male genitourinary system. Areas affected include the bladder, urethra, the testicles, the tubes that distribute semen from the testicles (known as the seminal vesicles), the epididymis (a segment of the spermatic ducts that serves to store, mature and transport sperm), and the prostate gland.

 Couse
The amount of blood in your semen can vary from a small drop to enough to give your semen the look of blood. The amount of blood in your semen will depend on the cause of your bleeding. In addition to having blood in your semen, you might also experience:
  • pain when ejaculating
  • pain when urinating
  • tenderness or swelling in your scrotum
  • tenderness in the groin area
  • pain in your lower back
  • blood in your urine

Potential causes of blood in the semen

Semen passes along a series of tubes on the way to the urethra for ejaculation. Any number of things can cause blood vessels along this path to break and leak blood into the semen.
In many cases, the exact cause for blood in the semen is never determined. According to Harvard Medical School, most cases of blood in the semen are not serious and can be attributed to six causes: inflammation/infection, obstruction, tumors, vascular abnormalities, systemic factors, or trauma/medical procedures. The most common cause is prostate biopsy.

Inflammation

Inflammation of the seminal vesicles is a common cause of bloody semen. Inflammation of any gland, duct, tube, or organ involved in the male genitals can cause blood in your semen. This includes:
  • prostatitis (inflammation of the prostate gland), which can cause pain, urination problems, and sexual dysfunction.
  • epididymitis (inflammation of the epididymis, or the coiled tube in the back of the testicle where sperm is stored), most often caused by a bacterial infection, including sexually transmitted infections (STI’s) gonorrhea or chlamydia. Symptoms include red or swollen scrotum, testicle pain and tenderness on one side, discharge, and painful urination.
  • urethritis (inflammation of the urethra), which can cause pain while urinating, itching or burning near the opening of the penis, or penile discharge.
Inflammation can also be caused by irritation from calculi (stones) in the prostate, seminal vesicles, bladder, or urethra.

Infections

Just as with inflammation, infections in any gland, duct, tube, or organ involved in the male genitals can cause blood in the semen.
Sexually transmitted infections like chlamydia, gonorrhea, or herpes can also cause blood in semen. Infections caused by viruses, bacteria, or fungi can also lead to this condition.

Obstruction

If ducts like the ejaculatory duct are blocked, surrounding blood vessels can dilate and break. If your prostate is enlarged, it can put pressure on your urethra, which can cause hematospermia.

Tumors

Benign polyps or malignant tumors in the prostate, testicles, epididymis, or seminal vesicles could lead to blood in your semen.

Vascular abnormalities

Vascular abnormalities in the male genitals such as vascular cysts could explain the blood you’ve seen in your semen.

Systemic factors

Conditions that affect your whole body can cause blood in your semen. These include hypertension (high blood pressure), hemophilia (disorder that leads to easy and excessive bleeding), leukemia, and chronic liver disease.

Trauma/medical procedures

Physical trauma like being hit in your testicles while playing sports can lead to blood in your semen. Trauma can cause blood vessels to leak, and that blood may leave your body in semen. A medical procedure like a prostate exam or biopsy or a vasectomy can cause blood in your semen.

Men age 40 or over have a higher risk of developing illnesses like prostate cancer. Because of this, you should tell your doctor any time you see blood in your semen. Your doctor will want to check for the cause of the blood as soon as possible.
If you are under the age of 40 and don’t have any symptoms other than bloody semen, wait and see if the blood goes away on its own. If your semen continues to be bloody or if you start experiencing additional symptoms like pain or a fever, make an appointment with your doctor. He or she might perform a prostate exam or analysis of your semen and urine to determine the source of the blood.

Diagnosing

When you visit your doctor, they’ll first need to determine the cause of the blood in the semen. Things they may do include:
  • Physical examinations. Your doctor may examine you for other symptoms, including swollen testicles, redness, or other visible signs of infection or inflammation.
  • STI tests. Through tests including blood work, your doctor will check to make sure you don’t have STI’s that could be causing the bleeding.
  • Urinalysis. This can help detect bacterial infections or other abnormalities in your urine.
  • PSA testing, which tests for prostate-created antigens and evaluates the health of the prostate.
  • Screening tests like ultrasounds, CTs, and MRIs, which can help locate obstructions.
If hematospermia lasts longer than 1 month, a transrectal ultrasound may be indicated.
Men older than age 50 may be referred to a urologist for further evaluation

Homeopathy approach - Being as Homeopath its important to take details and causative factor , Homeopathy always work best  as i had seen cases improve fastly ,Homeopathic drugs like Sepia taken in low dosage help in internal absorption of the blood and prevent it from mixing with the semen. Cantharis is considered to be useful in the treatment of pain and soreness around the groin region

few medicine

Sabal serrulata. [Sabal]
This medicine has been recommended for various prostatic troubles, but its homoeopathic use seems confined to acute cases of enlarged and inflamed prostate. The gland is hot, swollen and painful. Here also come in our regular inflammation polychrests such as Aconite and Belladonna and it will not be necessary to go outside of them. Sabal is not altogether useless in senile hypertrophy. The writer has seen a marked palliative action in several cases and avoidance of surgical interference.

Conium. [Con]
This remedy is useful in chronic hypertrophy of the prostate with difficulty in voiding urine,it stops and starts, and there is an accompanying catarrh of the bladder. The suitability of Conium to the complaints of the aged should be considered. Dr. Bessey, of Toronto, speaks highly of Cimicifuga in prostatic hypertrophy

Cantheris - one of head reamdy for blood in SEMEN , pain and burning in urine

Causticum - pain in urine ,blood mixed with semen
